I was surprised by how much room I had and the rates are good. I needed a place to stay for a few months and I'm very glad I found this place. It's located a few minutes from the outlets, from downtown (breweries, tap rooms and restaurants, Costco and the freeway! The owners are nice & the rooms are comfortable and clean. Definitely more than what I expected for such a low rate & good location.
I stayed here for a week in August and this hotel did the job. The price is what drew me in, as I was vacationing in Monterey and simply needed a place to rest my head at the end of each day. The property is on the older side, but the rooms have everything you need; TV, WiFi, microwave, a fridge, and fairly comfortable beds. The staff was kind, and the location is very close to a nice downtown strip with cool cafes and restaurants. My only real complaint is that I have no way of contacting the hotel. I'm trying to talk to someone about an item I may have left behind and the listed phone number appears to be disconnected.
Good service, friendly people. Nice hot water for plenty of showering. After awhile warm water stays warm. Just needs an update.
Seeing all the reviews had me mixed in the beginning, but I'm glad they were wrong. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, although the plugs were loose so I had to be careful when plugging in a charger, otherwise it fell out. The price was very affordable and the staff were understanding of our situation and were quite kind.
